Angelus Bullock began his horticultural career at West Virginia University, where he studied Agribusiness. During his undergraduate years, he completed an internship with Green Circle Growers in Ohio, gaining valuable experience in large-scale commercial plant production, greenhouse operations, and climate-controlled growing systems.
After several years in commercial horticulture, Angelus transitioned into public gardening and joined Brookside Gardens as an Assistant Grower in late 2022. Recognized for his expertise and dedication, he was promoted to Greenhouse Manager in 2023. In this role, he oversees greenhouse production operations, ensuring the successful cultivation and delivery of plant material that supports the gardens' seasonal displays and long-term horticultural goals. Angelus is committed to providing exceptional support to the horticulture team, equipping staff with the plants, resources, and operational infrastructure needed to bring their creative visions to life throughout Brookside Gardens.
